Your responsibilities

• Review and approval of deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of quotes.  
• Drafting and preparing Order Forms based on internally approved requirements.
• Compliance verification based on internal policies and external regulations.  
• Stepping in as an advisor in all deal motions and acting as a commercial business partner to the internal customers and stakeholders.  
• Addressing internal and external queries within an agreed Service Level Agreement.
• Using SAP technology for reporting, monitoring, and managing deals and other transactions end-to-end.
• Participation in projects and process improvements.
• Contributing ideas to drive automation, standardization, and process improvements.

About you

• Successfully completed University Degree in Finance/Economics area (preferred).
• Detail-oriented and organized. 
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin are required.
• Knowledge of MS Office Outlook is an advantage.
• Prioritize and find solutions to business challenges. 
• Excellent "Customer Focus" approach - strong follow-up skills
• Proactive mindset and "can do" attitude.
