Your responsibilities
Review and approval of deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of quotes.
Drafting and preparing Order Forms based on internally approved requirements.
Compliance verification based on internal policies and external regulations.
Stepping in as an advisor in all deal motions and acting as a commercial business partner to the internal customers and stakeholders.
Addressing internal and external queries within an agreed Service Level Agreement.
Using SAP technology for reporting, monitoring, and managing deals and other transactions end-to-end.
Participation in projects and process improvements.
Contributing ideas to drive automation, standardization, and process improvements.

About you
Successfully completed University Degree in Finance/Economics area (preferred).
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin are required.
Knowledge of MS Office Outlook is an advantage.
Prioritize and find solutions to business challenges.
