SLA Credit Claim Analyst null

Responsibilities

The Calculation team is responsible for providing support to SAP customers globally, by evaluating, approving and overseeing SLA calculations, thus helping customers to receive their credit notes, in case of the SLA breach, in a timely manner. Daily tasks:

• Analyzing clients requests
• Contract review, with the special emphasis on the SLA clause
• Generating calculations for SLA scenarios
• Obtaining the necessary approvals in line with Delegation of Authority
• Complying with various internal guidelines and policies
• Close communication and cooperation with various internal teams (Business operations, Support Engineers, Cloud Lobs, etc.)

Requirements

• Working experience within a shared service center environment (preferred)
• Experience with SAP systems is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese language skills is a plus
• Very good command of Excel
• Organization & time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task
• Proactive and responsible approach to customer support
• Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in international teams and environment
• Good command of MS Office (Word and Outlook)
• SAP ISP / CMS / CRM expertise would be beneficial
• Proactive and social personality
• Customer service experience preferred
