Your role

This position involves delivering consistent HR administrative support to the specific facility / factory within the Philippine business in the areas of Employee relations and services, benefits administration, recruitment and induction processes that will improve employee motivation and productivity and in turn having HR adding significant value to the business.

About you

  • Candidate must possess an ongoing Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent;
  • Can render at least 3 months in the internship;
  • Computer literate in MS Office applications;
  • Detail driven;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate effective time management skills;
  • Excellent business ethics and integrity;
  • High confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people;
  • Demonstrates a flexibility in style to meet the requirements or a multi-culture position.
  • Successful candidates will report to Rosario, Cavite.
