Your responsibility
Finance data cleansing
Responsible for updating daily finance report
Monitoring of service planner customer interaction
FSR audit for Secure Power, Power System, and Industry business unit
Extraction of reports for Power systems business unit
Provide other duties as assigned by the Service Excellence Group
Assist with asset creation of 3rd party FSEs (Installation, Setup, Maintenance, PM)
Secondary responsibility includes backup to the purchase order specialist team, service fleet, and marketing group

About you
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course
Knowledge in tableau (server, desktop )
Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to learn new tools, software, and processes
Must be able to take direction, listen to the needs of business managers
Must be able to provide documentation and feedback on project requests and communicate clearly any problems or obstacles
Should be able to handle multiple projects at one time
Understanding of service scheduling process is a plus
