Your role

Seaoil is looking for aspiring students to join them as an HR Intern in Pasig, Philippines.

This role will provide assistance to the Sourcing Team in ensuring that all assigned sourcing deliverables are accurately performed and executed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately posting assigned job ads across designated sourcing platforms
• Updating all relevant sourcing trackers as needed
• Providing assistance in various sourcing events such as job fairs, branding activities, floor walks etc.
• Providing administrative support when reaching out to existing and prospective sourcing partners - PESO, Universities, TESDA, professional organizations

About you

To be considered, you must have these qualifications:

• Undergraduate students of any Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or other related courses
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have good attention to details
• Must be willing to report onsite
