The Role
As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Team’s business operations by providing on-time and accurate administrative support activities.
How you'll contribute:
- Assists the Team on the collation of data on collective reports that are required from time to time and ensures that these are complied within the allocated timeframe.
- Prepares on-time and accurate reports as required which include attendance monitoring, liquidation forms, travel and representation vouchers for reimbursement, by obtaining data or information with other concerned units to be able to provide information needed by Management and/or other units of the Bank.
- Acts as Liaison Officer for the team by arranging travel tickets, hotel bookings and car transfers for all members and Senior Officers, coordinating with Credit on the agenda for Crecom and providing/preparing materials for presentation, and printing of credit proposals and other documents from Relationship Managers to achieve an organized flow of transactions.
- Monitors the team's needs by requesting and maintaining inventory of supplies (printed forms, office supplies, etc.), monitoring maintenance and cleanliness of premises, furniture, fixtures and equipment, reporting all requests for repairs to General Services Division (GSD) or Information Technology Group (ITG) to avoid work disruption.
