The Talent Ops Advisor works virtually with stakeholders of different seniority ranging from Talent Excellence, VP D&I, Talent Process Architect, HR Process Analysts (Resource & Develop), HRIT, HRMI, HR Partners (Talent Advisors, HRitC, HRitB, P&S), Global & Regional Businesses and Support Organizations and other HR Operations teams; as well as cross-functional stakeholders such in Real Estate, IT, and Shell Health.
Support a wide range of Talent processes through the maintenance of Shell People/Workday Data Quality. Address reporting needs and questions from Shell Employees, HR Community, and Joint Venture Staff regarding talent data.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Talent processes and activities specifically on data management and its analysis.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert providing end-to-end ‘high touch’ support to all Shell employees that require accessibility adjustments and handles overall coordination with Shell Health, IT, Real Estate in ensuring smooth process execution from requesting of adjustments to item delivery and aftercare support.
Support D&I operations and Knowledge Management activities for the Talent Community in close coordination with VP D&I, Talent Excellence, SBO/Country D&I Focal Points, among others
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
Skill in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to formulate conclusions
Independent working, taking initiative, and bringing recommendations forward; displaying a sense of urgency in resolving issues
Previous experience in Shared Services or relevant experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
Experience as an HR Generalist and/or Talent Management is a plus
Proven stakeholder engagement and project management skills is advantage
