Your responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Ensure proper documentation and timely creation of all sales toolkits.
• Regular update of product portfolio deck to reflect the latest product offerings.
• Support product listing on Philips and 3rd party digital platforms, e-Commerce & Digital Marketing.
• Research competitor products and solutions.
• Support Product managers in sample arrangement, including sample requests for New Product Introductions/Events/demos/approbation, etc., and other ad-hoc support for marketing campaigns, events, etc.
• Optimize marketing content management.
• Collect, compile, and organize Product Brochures, White Paper, Case Studies, Testimonials, and Specification/tender Documents library.
• Support in Conducting Marketing Trend Analysis (Macro + Micro)
• Product Samples + Product Demo Cases for NPIs.
• Other operational and administrative activities.

About you

Your qualifications:

• Strong interest in marketing or commercial operations with good interpersonal skills, able to work in a team and cooperate across functions or business units.
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills and execution ability.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel/PPT/Word.
• Able to commit at least 5 months, full-time (4-5 days a week), and willing to work in the BGC, Taguig office.
