- Operations support to meet the requirements of SM Customer Care for inbound/outbound non-voice processing of SM Malls Online and other business units like SM Cinema, SM Malls, SM Tickets and MOA Arena
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- To attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services of SM Supermalls via email channels, SMS and chat channels
- Opens customer accounts by recording/ updating account information like interactions and purchases
- Administrative tasks such as coordination with mall branches/ BUs, data entry and processing of documents related to orders/ purchases based on guidelines and policies
- Takes the extra mile to engage customer
Requirements
- Open for Fresh Graduates
- General Education degree or equivalent
- Comfortable using computers, office tools/ ticketing system with good writing skills
- Genuinely excited to help customers; patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
- Experience working with customer support is an advantage
