Your role

Job description:

The IT Intern - Solutions Delivery will be exposed to a professional learning experience that provides practical work related to the student's field of study. You will be supporting the IT Manager in Solutions Delivery which includes the following functions:

Quality Assurance:

• Creation of test cases/scripts for simple programs / minor enhancements.
• Execute test scripts and provide testing reports to Implementation Team Leads and Developers.

Business Process Automation:

• Research and development.
• Development of Simple programs and minor enhancements.
• Participate in Agile activities along with the rest of the development team.

Training & development

Throughout the reporting year, the company organized over 700 training sessions for employees, conducted by SM subject-matter experts. Consequently, nearly 8,000 employees participated in various training courses such as:

• Training courses on leadership.
