Your role
As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment efforts of our organization.
Some of the things they expect you to do are to:
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and interest.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing necessary information and support throughout the interview process.
- Resume Review:
- Evaluate resumes and applications to match candidates with job requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates as needed.
- Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand on social media and other platforms.
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events or career fairs.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR team members and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding Assistance:
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring that new hires have the necessary documentation and information.
About you
To apply, you must have the following qualifications/requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Can work a minimum of 6 hours per day.
