Your role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment efforts of the organization. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating and assisting with interviews. You will work closely with the HR team to identify and attract top talent that aligns with the company culture and business needs.

Some of the things they expect you to do are to:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and interest.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing necessary information and support throughout the interview process.

Resume Review:

  • Evaluate resumes and applications to match candidates with job requirements.
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates as needed.

Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand on social media and other platforms.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events or career fairs.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR team members and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment strategies.

Onboarding Assistance:

  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring that new hires have the necessary documentation and information.

About you

We would need you to be or have the following:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking.
