2022 Leasing Officer (Food / Drugstore) null

Job Description:

• Supervises and monitors the leasing team's performance
• Responsible for researching market comparable and coming up with a recommendation to help the company gets the best lease terms and conditions
• Collect and review documents/requirements submitted by the Lessor
• Reviewing and negotiation of contracts
• Aggressively network with and talk to new and existing clients and maintain a good and harmonious relationship with them
• Recommend effective strategies and networking activities that would improve leasing activities for projects
• Coordinate with Lessor regarding rentals
• Review lease expiration dates and utilize Renewal Process Checklist to deliver notices, which allows adequate time to schedule an appointment with the Lessor to review and sign the new lease
• Review Management Agreements and coordinate renewal of expired agreements
• Draft renewal Lease Agreements according to company policies
• Processing Rental Payment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Proficient in the English language and has excellent communication skills
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills
• Preferably have work experience in Real Estate or Commercial or Residential Property business sales in the Food or Drugstore industry
• Experience in Contract management is a must.
• Has a strong sense of customer service and good interpersonal skills
• Must be a strategic thinker and has strong analytical skills
• Candidates must possess integrity, organizational and interpersonal skills, be proficient in MS Office and have a basic knowledge of accounting programs

Candidates must be amenable to work on-site at least 3x per week
