The Loyalty and CRM Marketing Assistant works with the Marketing Officer towards aligned and cross-functional goals, taking part in driving Omni-sales
Performance and customer-centricity in all parts of work, driving customer base growth and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Support the marketing officer in managing the design and execution of existing loyalty and subscription programs while looking for opportunities to strategically develop and grow.
Coordinate with local suppliers or vendors to successfully implement loyalty marketing programs
Prepare reports from extraction to analysis and submission to internal and external stakeholders
Support marketing objectives to create a consistent brand experience across all channels.
Stay updated on CRM and customer loyalty best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising and other related programs
Preferably with 1 year of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, digital marketing in the retail industry but FRESH GRADUATES OF MARKETING WITH INTERNSHIP IN LOYALTY MARKETING ARE ENCOURAGE TO APPLY.
Knowledgeable in supporting the execution of targeted marketing campaigns
Good communication and presentation skills, analytical skills, customer focus and data-driven thinking
Creative with experience in implementing marketing campaigns that engage, inform, motivate
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
