Read more- Daily support for SAP and JDA users related to Inventory and store replenishment
- Handle Change Requests and business as usual tickets
- Minor system upgrade/migration aligned to Corporate Systems
- Work with SAP and JDA Central Team
- System Integration Parameters and interfaces
- Vendor Management, invoice verification, purchasing and basic warehouse/plant management
- Change request resolution and tickets troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- With 4-5 IT Years of professional experience in Pharma Retail
- Knowledgeable in System Development Life Cycle and Change Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferable with Project Management education
- With good business and system analysis skills Technical Skills
- Knowledge in SAP (MM, FICO)
- Knowledge in Application configuration management, migration,
- Can navigate within SAP Systems (Production, UAT)
- Material master data, vendor master data, purchasing functionality and invoicing
- Basic user account management (Password reset, unlock)
