Job Overview

Responsible for examining accounting records, inspecting delivery notes/invoices, and accounting systems for efficiency, and effectiveness according to accepted accounting standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and checks the edited proof list made by the team members
• Monitors and checks the store layout prepared
• Ensures discrepancies in bar codes are 100% reported during the audit
• Reviews initial inventory proof list to determine any unrecorded or missed items
• Observes store operations and report any violation of the policies and procedures
• Inspects all branch documents to determine if properly stored against access from unauthorized persons
• Prepares and prints initial inventory list
• Edits initial inventory list to record all items included before finalizing the report
• Inputs the correct quantity in scanning items and checks code description with the actual product
• Reviews SOA (direct delivery, uncaptured delivery notes) and all copies of withdrawals (branch to branch and/or Warehouse/RG: bad and/or good stocks)

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Open to fresh graduates
• Related work experience in inventory and audit is an advantage
• Full-Time position(s) available
• Must be willing to do frequent travel, render long hours, and overnight work when necessary
• Knowledge of inventory count and audit is an advantage
