Your responsibilities

• Answering inbound phone calls, emails, and chats from external clients.
• Providing the highest level of data, functionality, and product support to S&P Global clients by researching or analyzing appropriately and using all available resources.
• Document different client queries for production associates in order to build a central repository of information that can be accessed by internal partners on how to best use the product. 
• Record and deliver persona or workflow-based client training with adequate support and oversight.

About you

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the Supply chain, Economics, Finance, or relevant work experience.
• Knowledgeable in finance, supply chain, or the global economy.
• Fresh graduates.
• Must have excellent oral and written Mandarin and English communication skills. 
• Overall successful candidates are bright, fast learners with a strong interest in learning about financial markets within the Supply chain sector.
