We seek to employ the services of an Experienced Receptionist who will check in guests, allocate rooms and hand over keys. answering questions about our Hotel facilities. Passing on messages to guests and taking mail for posting.

Duties

• Greet hotel guests; answer any questions or concerns.
• Provide an outstanding guest experience.
• Maintain an orderly front desk.
• Operate computer programs and multi-line phone systems.
• Maintain guest records and book reservations.
• Complete basic cashier and bookkeeping responsibilities.
