Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Contact businesses by phone/email in order to solicit sales by introducing products or services.
• Identify the business to a sales lead.
• Nurture marketing lead by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with prospects.
• Conduct market research and look for potential partners for the company.
• Maintain records of contact information and marketing database.
• Answer telephone calls from prospects who have been solicited through sales activities.

Job Specifications

• This is a work from home and applicants must have their own laptop/computer and internet
• Graduate of any field but IT-related course is preferred.
• At least 1-year outbound BPO experience.
• Enjoy the challenge of telemarketing.
• Can build relationships with potential clients.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Planning and overseeing marketing new initiatives.
• Experience in business development is a plus.
