The Customer Retention and Resell Consultant is mainly responsible for managing the development and implementation of B2C (Business-to-Customer) programs or campaigns across all sales channels that are geared towards retaining, deepening relationship and increasing customer lifetime value of existing customer portfolio.
As an experienced Agile Coach, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the Agile related initiatives to enable the organization’s new way of working through coaching and other change management activities for the adoption of Agile across the Business Unit.
