Responsibilities:
Product Development
- Assist in developing high-end product, mostly by creating Construction Drawings (in AutoCad & Sketchup) for products such tables, chairs, sofas, lighting fixtures, & jewelry.
Liaison with Product Manufacturers
- Assist in following up with manufacturers of products regarding product development, further refinement to prototypes, leadtimes for manufacturing, and shipment of orders.
Preparation of Visuals for Marketing Purposes
- Assist in preparing digital materials for marketing of product, including layouts for Instagram & Pinterest & Facebook
Preparation of Statement of Accounts for Products sold to end-users
- Statements of account include proposals for custom pieces of jewelry
- Usually there is a statement of account for the downpayment, & then one for the balance due before the product is delivered
Filing of Documents & Records
We use Google Drive to file the following documents:
- Excel sheets of sales
- Profit & loss statements (per exhibition)
- Invoices, proposals, statement of accounts & purchase orders
- All high resolution photography
- Product inventory
Technical skills required: hand-drawing, Photoshop, Illustrator, Autocad, Sketchup, Excel, & Word.
