Recruitment Process

The company's process of hiring an applicant:

  • Screen the applicants based on their resume'/CV specifically with their personal & professional background. 
  • The company will select around 5 to 10 qualified applicants for interview.
  • HR staff will call & schedule those short listed applicants for personal interview.
  • The interviewers will be composed of either 1 or 2 managers.
  • After all has been interviewed, 1 of the 2 interviewers will choose the best applicant.
  • The chosen applicant will be asked to return back to office with all of his other pertinent documents, and offer will be given to the chosen candidate.
  • Once the negotiation for salary is done, the hired applicant will be asked to fill up some HR form.
  • Last, the hired employee can start working anytime.

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • For newly hired employee's compensation package, it will depend on many factors like education, work experience, skills, knowledge, etc.
  • Different employees have different packages.
  • The new employee will undergo 3 to 6 months probationary status.
  • There will be an increment of basic salary or allowance upon regularization.
  • Depending on the company's annual performance, appraisal is done either once or twice a year.
  • Promotion will depend on many factors, but usually it's between 2 to 5 years.
