Recruitment Process

  • Conduct preliminary interview to vet selected applicants and ensure that their skills and experiences are fit for the role/position.
  • Endorse the qualified candidates to the next interviewer
  • Conducts Background investigation for Supervisory and Managerial position
  • For rank and file, the qualified candidates will proceed on completing the requirements
  • For Supervisory and managerial position, the documents of the candidates will be forwarded to the head office for Salary Analysis and Job Offer
  • Once the candidate accepted the offer, we will issue/send the list of requirements
