Technical Position Recruitment Process (Programmer Trainee/Management Trainee)

1. The applicant has to take a Programming test (online) which is usually scheduled at 9:00 AM.
2. Should the applicant pass the Programming test, he/she will be endorsed to take the proficiency test in the afternoon. This test is usually scheduled at 1:00 PM, online.
3. If the applicant passes both examinations, he/she will be interviewed by the HR team within the day.
4. The next interview will be a panel interview with the Company Heads.

Non-Technical Position Recruitment Process (Graphic Artist/Technical Writer)

1. The applicant has to take the standard proficiency test. The applicant may choose whether to take the test online or onsite.
2. Applicants who pass the proficiency test will be endorsed for interview/s with the HR Team.
3. If the applicant passes the interview/s, he/she will be endorsed for the final interview, possibly with the President.

Note:

• Applicants who will opt for onsite applications may be processed in one whole day.
• For online applications, each test and interview will have to be scheduled.

The salary range and career opportunities for graduate and early talent roles for each open position are:

a) Programmer Trainee – 20,000 PHP – 25,000 PHP

• A Programmer Trainee will undergo training in various programming languages and work on related positions. A successful Programmer Trainee will have the career opportunity to be a Systems Designer, Information Systems Analyst, Project Manager and other specialty position in Cloud Computing and IT Operations.

b) Management Trainee – 40,000 PHP – 50,000 PHP*

• A Management Trainee will undergo training and expected to be well-versed with all aspects of operations in a specific business unit. A successful Management Trainee will be groomed to be a future leader of the company.

c) Graphic Artist – 17,000 PHP – 25,000 PHP

• The Graphic Artist will be assigned to develop new websites, enhance and maintain existing websites and create infographics utilizing knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Wordpress, Canva and other designing tools. The Graphic Artist will have the opportunity to be exposed to the latest technologies in website design and development.

d) Technical/Content Writer – 17,000 – 30,000 PHP

• The Technical Writer will be given the opportunity to write and develop contents about the company's products, develop and organize user manuals for the company; research, develop, and document technical design specifications, and maintain the company's collection of technical documents.

The salary will be dependent on the overall assessment of the applicant.

*The applicant for Management Trainee must have very good scholastic records with Latin Honors.
