As Management Trainee, the applicant is expected to become very well versed with all aspects of operations in a specific Business Unit. The applicant shall be groomed to be a future leader of the Company.

Comprehensive training shall be provided to all accepted applicants. The training program will provide exposure to the different aspects of operating a specific Business Unit, such as but not limited to:

• Basics of Computer Programming
• Information Systems Analysis
• Computer Systems Design
• Data Analytics
• Project Implementation and Management
• Financial Analysis and Project Feasibilities

Skills:

• Active listener and excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Good observation skills and behavioural analytics
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Developed organizational skills in line with functional areas of the organization such as:

• Operations
• Finance
• Marketing
• Product specification
• Development

Responsibilities:

• Excellent information gathering and research skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Ability to articulate and defend a personal position on some important issue of the impact of information technology and systems on society.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Management, Business Studies, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must be highly motivated and be able to adapt to the various project environments.
• With an excellent scholastic record, preferably with Latin honors.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
